Dates and Times for Online NO SALES TAX Coin Auction 

Preview: Monday, April 24, 2023, from 10 a.m. until noon. Please know what lots you would like to preview when you arrive. We will bring them to you. General browsing is not allowed.

Closing: Tuesday, April 25, 2023, one item every 8.5 seconds beginning at 7:30 p.m., plus extended bidding time when a bid is placed within the final 60 seconds.

Pickup: Wednesday, April 26, 2023, from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. at 7140 Old Viking Blvd NW, Nowthen, MN 55303. Check back here for any updates. Pickup is by online appointment. Winning bidders will receive an invoice by e-mail soon after the auction closes. The invoice will have a link to the pickup-scheduling page. 

AUCTIONEER'S NOTES
Welcome to another AAA NO SALES TAX coin-only auction!  All of these coins came from one estate. Whether you are a gold or silver stacker, or a numismatic collector, this auction has something for everyone.

Our next auction will offer more coins from other consignors, items from estates in Andover and Anoka, great collectibles, and at least 20 guns.

ZERO-COMMISSION SPECIALS

Firearms, Ammo, or anything selling for $1,000 or more
Ongoing special: Sellers pay nothing at all for firearm and ammo sales or for anything selling for $1,000 or more. No reloads please.  FFL laws apply. Bring a case. Guns must be cased when leaving the Auction Barn, so please bring any case you need. All state and federal rules apply, including needing a purchase or carry permit to purchase a handgun or AR. Also, please note that the person to whom we will be transferring the firearm must be the registered winning bidder. 

Stoneware and Pottery 
Our current stoneware and pottery special will run until Memorial Day and will include stoneware such as crocks, jugs, water coolers, chicken waterers, lidded jars, and pottery (not ceramics) from labeled makers such as Red Wing, Roseville, Shawnee, Hall, Hull, and the like. That means if you have any of these items to sell, and you bring them to us before Memorial Day, we will not charge you a commission.

Antique Dealer Special Rate until the Fourth of July
We are also now running another zero-commission special is for Antique Dealers who have a storefront or a booth in an antique store. It will run from now until Labor Day. AAA Auction will cut our regular low commission rates in half for any antiques or collectibles consigned to us by antique dealers during this time. 

Running Lawn Mowers

AAA will also sell your running gas-powered lawn mower and garden tractor for Zero commission if consigned before the Fourth of July. The seller must start the lawnmower at the auction barn when dropping it off. 

Coins
Coins are always sold at 10% commission.

Coins:   Good credit cards may be used for coin purchases under $1,000. No checks will be accepted for coins or currency.  Unless previously agreed to by AAA Auction, cash payment or wire transfer is required for coin purchases of $1,000 or more.  

Please see Terms for non-coin shipping information. Shipping of coins is offered for actual costs plus $5 handling fee. Insurance may be required for an additional fee.
Comments about condition or grade are the opinion of the original collector and are not guaranteed.
Any handwritten dates and conditions shown in the photos were provided by the consignor and are presumed correct but are not guaranteed. Please inspect.
Buyers may be asked to sign an acknowledgment that their order is complete and correct at pickup at the Auction Barn.
Any discrepancy between the item and our photos or descriptions must be brought up at the time of pickup or it will not be considered.

Firearms

Loading
AAA does not load purchases. Please bring your own muscle. If, however, we do help you load, we will ask you to make a donation into our charitable tip jar, which will be used for local charitable purposes.

Pickup Procedure
Please drive to the left of the Auction Barn. Park there. Come in and pay. Then drive around the barn and park again when you get to the front of the barn, where your items will be brought out to you.

Late Pickups
If you cannot pick up your items on the scheduled day, you must call us during the scheduled pickup time and pay for them with a credit card or you will lose your bidding privileges. When you call, you will be asked to schedule a pickup time on the following Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday morning. No late fees will be charged if you pick up your item on one of those days. Pickups at any other time or day will result in a minimum $5 fee. If you pay for your items but do not pick up your paid items by the following Wednesday as scheduled, you shall be charged a late fee of $10 per day until your items are picked up. If your late fees exceed the amount you paid, your items shall be forfeited by you in lieu of your late fees. Please note that we will no longer be calling folks who do not pick up their items on time whether paid for or not.

Homes For Sale
AAA Auction and Realty, LLC often partners up with RE/MAX Results to sell homes. Call us about a home at 515 Brisbin in Anoka that will soon be on the market. When we do that, we often clean out the homes for free too. Call us for a free estimate. 763 421-3044.

Referral Fees
Do you know anyone who needs to sell a house or its contents? If so, we would be grateful if you would refer them to us. If you do, and we take the job, we will pay you a referral fee for the sale of the personal property.
