AUCTIONEER'S NOTES
Welcome to another AAA Coin Auction! The coins in this auction are from the estate of man who collected them over 60 years and therefore there will be no sales tax charged. Many paper rolls were labeled by the collector and we opened enough to be confident that his written descriptions as to the year of the coins are all correct. However, we do encourage bidders to come to inspect the coins themselves. Also, many of the coins are in holders that contain the collector's opinion regarding the grade of the coins. Please keep in mind that those grades are not guaranteed by AAA Auction, and again, inspection of these items is recommended.

Good credit cards will be accepted up to $1,000 and shipping is offered. No checks please. Purchases over $1,000 require cash payment or wiring payment to our bank.

Buyer’s Premium: 15%

Sales Tax:  None

ADDITIONAL INFO

Coins
Anyone can sell at our auctions. Our commission rate for coins is only 10%.

Loading
AAA does not load purchases. Please bring your own muscle. If, however, we do help you load, we will ask you to make a donation into our charitable tip jar, which will be used for local charitable purposes.

Pickup Procedure
Please drive to the left of the Auction Barn. Park and then come in and pay. Then drive around the barn and park again when you get to the front of the barn where your items will be brought out to you.

Late Pickups
If you cannot pick up your items on the scheduled day, you must call us during the scheduled pickup time and pay for them with a credit card or you will lose your bidding privileges. When you call, you will be asked to schedule a pickup time on the following Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday morning. No late fees will be charged if you pick up your item on one of those days. Pickups at any other time or day will result in a minimum $5 fee. If you pay for your items but do not pick up your paid items by the following Wednesday as scheduled, you shall be charged a late fee of $10 per day until your items are picked up. If your late fees exceed the amount you paid, your items shall be forfeited by you in lieu of your late fees. Please note that we will no longer be calling folks who do not pick up their items on time whether paid for or not.

Homes For Sale
AAA Auction and Realty, LLC partners up with RE/MAX Results to sell homes too. Call us about a rambler for sale in Andover.

Referral Fees
Do you know anyone who needs to sell a house or its contents? If so, we would be grateful if you would refer them to us. If you do, and we take the job, we will pay you a referral fee for the sale of the personal property.

ZERO-COMMISSION SPECIALS

Firearms and Ammo
Ongoing special: Sellers pay nothing at all for firearm and ammo sales. No reloads please. FFL laws apply. Bring a case.  All state and federal rules apply, including needing a purchase or carry permit to purchase a handgun or AR. Also, please note that the person to whom we will be transferring the firearm must be the registered winning bidder.

Beer and Alcohol Items
Do you still have Grampa's beer signs and barroom décor items? If so, now is the time to sell, because we will not charge the seller any commission for selling these items as long as they are consigned before March 17, 2023. That includes signs, glasses, labeled paper items, advertising and the like. (Sorry, no cans please, unless cone-top.)

Stoneware and Pottery coming soon
Our stoneware and pottery special will run from St. Patrick's Day to Memorial Day and will include stoneware such as crocks, jugs, water coolers, chicken waterers, lidded jars, and pottery (not ceramics) from labeled makers such as Red Wing, Roseville, Shawnee, Hall, Hull, and the like. That means if you have any of these items to sell, and you bring them to us before Memorial Day, we will not charge you a commission.

Antique Dealer Consignments from Memorial Day to the Fourth of July
Our next almost-zero-commission special is for Antique Dealers who have a storefront or a booth in an antique store. It will run from Memorial Day to Labor Day. AAA Auction will cut our regular low commission rates in half for any antiques or collectibles consigned to us by antique dealers during this time.
