AUCTIONEER'S NOTES
Welcome to another AAA Auction! This one has another gold 1 oz. Krugerrand, many more coins, old fishing lures, die-cast airplanes, airsoft guns, beer signs, knives, postcards and more. While credit cards are usually accepted, AAA Auction reserves the right to require payment in cash or payment by wire transfer for large purchases.

Remember to bring in your beer and alcohol collectible items before March 17th to get in on our ZERO-commission special.

Coins and Currency New Term: Good credit cards may be used for coin purchases under $500. Unless previously agreed to by AAA Auction, cash payment or wire transfer is required for coin purchases of $500 or more.

ZERO-COMMISSION SPECIALS

Beer and Alcohol Items
Do you still have Grampa's beer signs and barroom décor items?  If so, now is the time to sell, because we will not charge the seller any commission for selling these items as long as they are consigned before March 17, 2023. That includes signs, glasses, labeled paper items, advertising and the like. (Sorry, no cans please, unless cone-top.)

Stoneware and Pottery Coming Soon
The next zero-commission special will run from St. Patrick's Day to Memorial Day and will include stoneware such as crocks, jugs, water coolers, chicken waterers, and lidded jars; and pottery (not ceramics) from labeled makers such as Red Wing, Roseville, Shawnee, Hall, Hull, and the like. That means if you have any of these items to sell, and you bring them to us before Memorial Day, we will not charge you a commission.

Guns and Ammo and $1,000+ Items
Of course, we always sell guns and ammo and anything selling for $1,000 or more for free and we charge only 10% for coins.

Coins
Good credit cards may be used for coin purchases under $500. No credit card chargebacks shall be accepted. No personal checks will be accepted for coins. Unless previously agreed to by AAA Auction, cash payment or wire transfer is required for coin purchases of $500 or more.

Buyers may be asked to review their purchase before leaving AAA Auction and sign a form acknowledging that the purchase is accepted as correct.

Shipping is available for coins and currency through the USPO. Shipping shall not take place until there has been a successful payment. The cost will be the actual cost charged by the USPO including insurance plus $5.00 handling fee. Shipping costs shall be paid with a credit card.

Coins and currency are sold AS-IS with no warranties express or implied. Any statements as to the grade of a coin or any handwritten notes on slabbed coins or the like were provided by the consignor and are not guaranteed. Personal inspection is highly recommended. If any sale is voided for any reason, any financial recovery for the buyer is limited to the return of his or her payment to AAA Auction.

Firearms
Bring a case. Guns must be cased when leaving the Auction Barn, so please bring any case you need. All state and federal rules apply, including needing a purchase or carry permit to purchase a handgun or AR. Also, please note that the person to whom we will be transferring the firearm must be the registered winning bidder.

Loading
AAA does not load purchases. Please bring your own muscle. If, however, we do help you load, we will ask you to make a donation into our charitable tip jar, which will be used for local charitable purposes.

Pickup Procedure
Please drive to the left of the Auction Barn. Park there. Come in and pay. Then drive around the barn and park again when you get to the front of the barn, where your items will be brought out to you.

Late Pickups
Except when our regular Wednesday pickup schedule is changed due to snow, if you cannot pick up your items on the scheduled day, you must call us during the scheduled pickup time and pay for them with a credit card or you will lose your bidding privileges. When you call, you will be asked to schedule a pickup time on the following Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday morning. No late fees will be charged if you pick up your item on one of those days. Pickups at any other time or day will result in a minimum $5 fee. If you pay for your items but do not pick up your paid items by the following Wednesday as scheduled, you shall be charged a late fee of $10 per day until your items are picked up. If your late fees exceed the amount you paid, your items shall be forfeited by you in lieu of your late fees. Please note that we will no longer be calling folks who do not pick up their items on time whether paid for or not.
