AUCTIONEER'S NOTES
Welcome to another AAA Auction! This auction has more firearms, ammo, and knives as well as the first part of a very large collection of Airsoft guns of all types and quite a few David Winter Cottages with boxes. We also have more vintage postcards, beer items, household and some furniture items.
New: We have lowered the bidding increments required at some levels.
Promotion
In addition to our already low rates, we are running a ZERO COMMISSION SPECIAL on knives, bayonets, hatchets, axes and swords consigned before January 1, 2023.
New: Also, our next promotion beginning on Jan. 1st and running until St. Patrick's Day is ZERO commission on any beer or alcohol-related items.
SCHEDULING
Preview
Preview is Monday, November 14, 2022, from 10 a.m. until noon. Please know what lots you would like to preview when you arrive. We will bring them to you. General browsing is not allowed.
Closing Time
The auction starts to close at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. The closing time is staggered. The items close one at a time.
Closing Rate
8.5 seconds per lot, plus extended bidding time when a bid is placed within the final 60 seconds.
Pickup Days and Times
The pickup day is Wednesday, November 16, 2022, from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Pickup is by online appointment. Winning bidders will receive an invoice by email soon after the auction closes. The invoice will have a link to the pickup scheduling page. Coins
Cash payment is required for coins and currency. No shipping for coins.
Firearms
All state and federal rules apply, including needing a purchase or carry permit to purchase a handgun or AR. Please bring a case for any gun purchased.
Loading
AAA does not load purchases. Please bring your own muscle. If, however, we do help you load, we will ask you to make a donation into our charitable tip jar, which will be used for local charitable purposes.
Pickup Procedure
Please drive to the left of the Auction Barn. Park there. Come in and pay. Then drive around the barn and park again when you get to the front of the barn, where your items will be brought out to you.
Late Pickups
If you cannot pick up your items on the scheduled day, you must call us during the scheduled pickup time and pay for them with a credit card or you will lose your bidding privileges. When you call, you will be asked to schedule a pickup time on the following Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday morning. No late fees will be charged if you pick up your item on one of those days. Pickups at any other time or day will result in a minimum $5 fee. If you pay for your items but do not pick up your paid items by the following Wednesday as scheduled, you shall be charged a late fee of $10.00 day fee until your items are picked up. If your late fees exceed the amount you paid, your items shall be forfeited by you in lieu of your late fees. Please note that we will no longer be calling folks who do not pick up their items on time whether paid for or not.

Low Consignment Rates
In addition to our everyday low rates, coins are only 10% to the Seller, and we are now offering to sell the following for FREE to the Seller:
- Firearms
- Ammo
- Anything selling for over $1000
- Knives, bayonets, hatchets, axes and swords if consigned before New year's Day. Minnesota law clearly states that is illegal to even "possess" a switchblade knife. So we're sorry, but we can't sell those.
Referral Fees
Do you know anyone who needs to sell a house or its contents? If so, we would be grateful if you would refer them to us. If you do, and we take the job, we will pay you a referral fee for the sale of the personal property.
