AUCTIONEER'S NOTES

Hello, Bidders!  Happy almost Spring! It seems like on every pickup day, a new bidder tells us how much fun it was bidding on our website. We sure enjoy hearing that, because we have a lot of fun too, putting all of this together. Thank you for making it possible. 

SCHEDULING

Preview Times:  Previews are by appointment only. Preview day is February 14, 2022 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Please call us at (763) 421-3044 to schedule a time.

Preview Location:  7140 Old Viking Blvd NW, Nowthen, MN 55303

Closing Time:  The auction starts to close on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. 

Closing Rate:  10 seconds per lot, plus extended bidding time when a bid is placed within the final 60 seconds.

Pickup Days and Times
Pickup is by online appointment only. We will post a link here to Sign Up Genius, which is the web site that we use to schedule pickups. The link will become active after all of the lots have closed. Click here for the Sign Up Genius Link. The pickup day is Wednesday, February 16, 2022. Hours for pickup are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.  Please call us at (763) 421-3044 if you are having trouble scheduling a pickup time.

NEW TERM: If you cannot pick up your items during the scheduled pickup time, then you must call us during the pickup time and pay for your items with a credit card. You then must pick up your items the following morning between 9 a.m. and noon. If you cannot do that, you must let us know and we will hold your items for you, but there will be a $5 per day handling fee beginning the following day. We will then dispose of your items if they are not picked up by the time the handling fee exceeds the cost of those items.

In addition to our regular auctions at the Auction Barn, in the near future we will be holding a mostly-furniture online auction at a home near Majestic Oaks Golf Course - dates to be determined.

Until further notice, AAA Auction will sell all gunpowder firearms and factory load ammunition for FREE to the Seller. We have also lowered our commission to 10% for coins.
