Property sells with owner confirmation. Successful bidder shall pay an 8% Buyer’s Premium which shall be added to the winning bid to form the contract price. The property to be sold AS IS WHERE IS NON-CONTINGENT. The successful bidder shall pay $10,000 (non-refundable) as a down payment at the auction with balance due upon closing in approximately 45 days. The down payment shall be in the form of a $10,000 cashier’s check made payable to the buyer and signed over to the real estate broker on the day of the auction to be deposited in the broker’s trust account.
