AUCTIONEER'S NOTES

Hello, Bidders! Welcome to another NO SALES TAX auction. These items are the second part of an estate, the first part of which we brought to the Auction Center for an auction last month. The home was sold, so now it's time to sell all of the great items that were left in the house while it was on the market. All of the items are in excellent or even like-new condition. All buyers will need to remove their purchases from the house themselves.  Please note that some of the items are on the lower level, so some items will need to be carried up a flight of stairs. Please bring help. AAA does not load. Also, we would like to thank you in advance for removing your shoes when you enter the house.

SCHEDULING

PREVIEW IS AT THE HOUSE.THERE IS NO PREVIEW OR PICKUP AT THE AUCTION CENTER. SEE BELOW.

Preview Times:  Monday, April 4, 2022 from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Please remove your shoes.

Preview Location:  13736 Buchannan Street, Ham Lake, Minnesota

Closing Time:  The auction will start to close on Tuesday, April 5 at 7:30 p.m. The lots do not all close at the same time. 

Closing Rate:  10 seconds per lot, plus extended bidding time when a bid is placed within the final 60 seconds.

Pickup Days and Times   
Pickup is by online appointment only. 

NEW PICKUP DAY - FRIDAY APRIL 8,  3 pm to 6 pm.

Due to the bad weather expected, we have changed the pickup day from Wednesday, April 6 to to Friday, April 8 from 3 pm to 6 pm. If anyone needs to pick up on Wednesday as originally scheduled, please call us at 763 421-3044 and we will accommodate that. We will be posting a link here to Sign Up Genius, which is the website that we use to schedule pickups on Friday April 8. The link will become active shortly after all of the lots have closed.  Please call us at (763) 421-3044 if you are having trouble scheduling a pickup time.

UPCOMING AUCTIONS
We will be starting another consignment auction at the Auction Barn around April 8th. Once again we will have a wide assortment of items, including old and new ammo and boxes, coins, old postcards and many interesting items.

PROMOTION

Now is a great time to consign items, not only because we're running great promotions, but also because we get very busy in the spring and summer.

Until further notice, AAA Auction will sell all gunpowder firearms and factory load ammunition for FREE to the Seller. We also will sell all fishing tackle consigned before Memorial Day for FREE to the Seller. 

 

Bidding Terms

Bidders must be at least 18 years old. Buyers of handguns and handgun ammunition must be 21 years old.

Buyer's Premium

Please check each individual auction for it's buyer's premium.

Sales Tax

Unless the auction is an estate auction for one person only, as opposed to a consignment auction, sales tax will be charged. Please check the involved auction to see if sales tax will be collected.
