AUCTIONEER'S NOTES

NEW PREVIEW ACCESS

1. You can preview any item you wish

2. Previews will only take place on the day we set aside for them.

3. Bidders will need to call us and schedule a 15-minute preview time.

4. You will need to let us know when you call what lot numbers you would like to see. If possible, we will bring those lot numbers out to the preview table.

5. General browsing will not be allowed.

6. Bidders may reject any non-previewed item at pickup if we have not described or photographed a defect that significantly effects the item's value.

REMINDER

Loading The staff at AAA Auction does not load purchases. If you buy something heavy, please bring your own muscle to load it.

No-Shows If you win an item and do not pick it up or call us to make other arrangements before the end of the scheduled pickup, you will not be allowed to bid again at AAA Auction.

SCHEDULING

Preview Times: Previews are by appointment and are only for 15 minutes per person. Preview day is Monday, Nov. 1st from 11 am until 2 pm. Please call us on Nov. 1st (not before) at (763) 421-3044 to schedule a preview time.

Preview Location: 7140 Old Viking Blvd NW, Nowthen, MN 55303

Closing Time: The auction starts to close on Nov. 2nd at 7:30 p.m.

Closing Rate: 10 seconds per lot, plus extended bidding time when a bid is placed within the final 60 seconds.

Pickup Days and Times
Pickup is by online appointment only. We will be posting a link here to Sign Up Genius, which is the web site that we use to schedule pickups. The link will become active after all of the lots have closed. The pickup day is Wednesday, Nov. 3rd. Pick-up times can be scheduled online after the auction ends at this link https://www.signupgenius.com/go/9040A4AADA823A0FE3-aaaauction6.
