AUCTIONEER’S NOTES

Thanks to everyone who attended our live auction last Saturday. Now it’s back to business at the Barn and to start it off we have another great online auction for you with plenty of knives, bayonets, old and new ammunition, firearms, collectibles, tools and more. Please note our pick-up times have been shortened a little bit.

Here is a gentle reminder. Please carefully check your purchases at pick-up to make sure that you get everything you have purchased. Still, if something gets missed, we will hold onto the item ONLY until the next auction’s pick-up date. Unless other arrangements have been made with us, if you have not picked up your item by the next auction’s pick-up day, we will dispose of it. 

Likewise, please read the terms about paying with a credit card over the phone and know your responsibility about picking up your items promptly. There is a $5 per day late fee per item if you do not pick up your items according to the terms.

Finally, please remember that AAA staff members have been instructed not to help load your purchases. Please bring all the help you need. If you ask us to load for you and if we have someone available to help you load, we will charge $20 per item per man assisting you.

Closing Time:            August 10, 2021 7:30pm

Closing Rate:             12 seconds per lot, plus extended bidding time when a bid is placed within the final 60 seconds

Buyer’s Premium:      15%

Sales Tax:                      7.125%
