Coins and Currency Presentation and Description

• When identical coins are sold in one lot, such as a group of four proof sets for the same year, the photos provided may be of only one set, but are presumed to fairly depict the contents and condition of each item in the group.
• When coins are sold in a book, AAA Auction does not guarantee that the seller has placed the coins in the book in the correct location and inspection by the buyer is recommended.
  
• Buyers may be asked to review their purchase before leaving AAA Auction and sign a form acknowledging that the purchase is accepted as correct.
• Coins and currency are sold AS-IS with no warranties express or implied. Any statements as to the grade of a coin or any handwritten notes on slabbed coins or the like have been provided by the seller or others and are not guaranteed. Personal inspection is highly recommended. If any sale is voided for any reason, any financial recovery for the buyer is limited to the return of his or her payment to AAA Auction.
• Sometimes we include information we find online regarding previous sale prices for similar items. There may be some grading or condition differences between the lot we are selling and the lots we find online.
• AAA makes an effort to be correct when listing the dates and mint marks of coins; however, due to the difficulty in reading some dates and mint marks, AAA does not guarantee the correctness of any dates or mint marks and encourages bidders to inspect the coins themselves.
