COINS AND CURRENCY  No personal checks will be accepted for coins. Unless previously agreed by AAA Auction, cash payment or wire transfer is required for coin purchases of $300 or more.  Credit cards will usually be accepted for purchases under $300.  No chargebacks shall be allowed. When identical coins are sold in one lot, such as a group of four proof sets for the same year, the photos provided may be of only one set, but are presumed to fairly depict the contents and condition of each item in the group. Any statements about grade have been provided by the seller or others and are not guaranteed by AAA Auction. Please inspect. Sometimes we include information we find online regarding previous sale prices for similar items. There may be some grading or condition differences between the lot we are selling and the lots we find online.  When coins are sold in a book, AAA Auction does not guarantee that the seller has placed the coins in the book in the correct location and inspection by the buyer is recommended. Buyers may be asked to review their purchase before leaving AAA Auction and sign a form acknowledging that the purchase is accepted as correct. No changes or refunds shall be made after the Acceptance form is signed. Shipping is available through the USPS and shall not take place until there has been a successful payment. See Lot 5 above for shipping charges. Shipping costs shall be paid with a credit card. AAA Auction reserves the right to reject any coins it believes may be fakes at any time after consignment. Coins and currency are sold AS-IS with no warranties express or implied. Any statements as to the grade of a coin or any handwritten notes on slabbed coins or the like are not guaranteed. Personal inspection is highly recommended. If any sale is voided for any reason, any financial recovery for the buyer is limited to the return of his or her payment to AAA Auction.
