Our Team

Tony Tony Elfelt
Tony is one of the few auctioneers in the country who is also an attorney. He has also earned the distinction of being one of the first auctioneers certified by the National Auctioneers Association as a Benefit Auction Specialist. Tony raises money and entertains many types of audiences such as medical foundations, schools, churches and sportsman's groups. He is a licensed real estate broker, and he also holds a federal firearms license and a Minnesota automobile auctioneer license. Tony is the owner of AAA Auction and Realty, L.L.C., which is a live and online auction company, and also a real estate brokerage.

John John Stachowski
John is a highly skilled auctioneer and one of the nicest guys in the business. Not only does he do a great job calling auctions, but he also is the guy who keeps our computers running. John is married to Chris, and when he's not calling an auction, he drives a truck for Lakeville Motor Express, where he has been employed since 1987.

Ben Ben Elfelt
When Ben is not attending college or away on military duty with the Army National Guard Reserves, he lends his many talents to AAA Auctions as well. He graduated from Forest Lake High School in 2006 and from Worldwide College of Auctioneering in 2005.

Larry Larry Elfelt
Larry is the lead ringman for AAA Auction. He's the guy who hollers "YES!" to acknowledge your bid. He is the conductor who makes sure the auction keeps moving at a good pace. We also rely on Larry to handle any mechanical problems that may arise during the auction. Larry is married to Corinne, and when he is not working for AAA Auction or attending an auction elsewhere, you can find Larry delivering mail in Anoka.

Kelly Kelly Gorder
Kelly is another dependable member of the AAA Auction staff. She is the one I ask you not to talk to during auctions so she can concentrate on accurately recording all of the sale prices and bidder numbers. Kelly and her husband, Dan, have a toddler named Alida. When Kelly is not clerking for AAA Auction, she can be found working as a Speech Language Pathologist for the Anoka-Hennepin School District.

Carl Carl Paige
Carl has more auctions under his belt than all of us put together. As a former antique dealer, he has a vast knowledge of antiques and collectibles. Also, as a former mechanic, he is our go-to guy to identify and describe many of the unusual tools and pieces of equipment that come our way. Carl is a U.S. Navy veteran and a valuable member of our team.

Mike Michael Baumann
Michael is the newest member of the team and he has done a great job in the office of AAA Auction. He is another person whose vast computer skills help keep us organized. Michael has a eight-year-old daughter named Lucy, and when he is not working for AAA Auction, you can find him working as a graphic artist.

Denise Denise Elfelt
Denise is a valuable member of the office and clerking staff at AAA Auction. She is a professional personal property appraiser, having completed both the National Auctioneers Association's training as a G.P.P.A., and the Continental School of Auctioneering's certification as a C.P.P.A. Denise is married to Tony, and when she's not working for AAA Auction, you can find Denise at the personal injury law office, where she is in charge of medical records.

Carol Gordon
Carol has been a realtor since 1995, selling hundreds of homes and earning numerous awards and distinctions for her superb real estate sales skills. Carol represents buyers and sellers on behalf of AAA Realty using both traditional sales methods and the auction method. Carol is also a valuable member of the auction staff at AAA's personal property auctions.
Dave Elfelt
Dave is the guy we depend on to manage our various web sites and to upload the info and photos for our online auctions. Once in a while, Dave pushes buttons on a camera instead of a keyboard, taking photos of items that we are selling, or "action shots" of the rest of the team at work.
