Consigning Items
To consign an item means that you hire us to sell an item for you at a live auction or in an online auction, and you pay us a commission based on the selling price of the item. Items are sold individually or in groups. You may group your items, or you may choose to have us do that for you. The more your item or group of items sells for, the lower the commission. Commissions for full estates and large quantities are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the size and/or value of the auction.

It is the expectation of AAA Auction & Realty that using this commission approach will result in obtaining high quality items to sell at live auctions or in online auctions.
We are now accepting quality consignments of cars, trucks, ATVs, motorcycles, boats, snowmobiles, lawn equipment, guns, antiques, collectibles, furniture, and household items. If you prefer to sell your items right away, we would be happy to meet with you and to consider purchasing your items directly. Contact us to consign items for an upcoming auction.
All consigned items must be clean and have no
price stickers or tags on them. Think about how you want your
items to look to potential buyers, and how you would want items to look
if you were the potential buyer.
Please bring smaller items in stackable totes (plastic boxes), which will be saved for you if you desire. Owners of titled vehicles must provide clear unencumbered titles when dropping-off their vehicles or other titled items. Titles will be transferred at the auction site.
AAA Auction & Realty reserves the right to reject items that we do not think will be of interest to our buyers. We do not accept TVs unless they have a built-in HD-TV tuner.
Sellers
may establish reserves or minimum prices on items valued at $500 or
more.
