|Notes: ||Tools Tools Tools and More|
This will be a large live auction with online pre-bidding (no online bidding during the live auction). This auction will have just about every tool imaginable. Our seller is moving and is letting his 40-year assortment of power tools and equipment and hardware go. The tools include large free-standing power tools and small hand tools. There are tools for wood and metal working as well as automobile repair.
Large items to be sold are a John Deere tractor; boat, motor, and trailer; Hi-Lo camper, and two sheds. Arrangements may be made for more time to remove the large items.
There will also be at least two trailers full of items that are not up for pre-bidding. So if you don't see what you need in the online items, we'll most likely have it anyway.
See you at the auction!

|Terms: || Terms and Conditions |
The live auction shall begin at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 1, 2013.
This auction shall allow online pre-bidding according to our regular auction terms. That means that bids, including maximum bids, shall be accepted online before the live auction. The online pre-bidding shall halt at 12:01 a.m. on the day of the live auction. The online pre-bids determine the starting bids for each lot at the live auction. When an item has a pre-bid, the auctioneer shall announce to the live bidders the amount of the currently winning pre-bid. He shall then ask for an additional live bid. If no additional live bids are made, then the online bidder shall win that item.
Also, if the online bidder has placed a maximum bid, the auctioneer shall place bids for the online bidder by proxy in an amount necessary to become the high bidder. If no live bidder increases the proxy bid, then the online bidder shall win the item. In case of a tie, the online bidder shall win unless the live bidder is willing to increase his bid by $5.00.
Online bidders who win an item shall receive an invoice by e-mail after the auction on June 1. Losing pre-bidders shall not receive an invoice.
Unless other arrangements are made with AAA Auction, if the winning pre-bidder does not pick up his purchase at the scheduled time, his credit card shall be billed for the purchase according to the auction terms and he or she shall authorize AAA Auction to resell his or her item(s) at our next available auction at a commission rate of 35% plus a buyer's premium.
Bidders must be at least 18 years old.
All items are sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS", and "FINAL," with no warranties, express or implied. Many specific descriptions are provided by the sellers and are assumed to be true; however, AAA Auction does not know whether the descriptions provided by sellers are correct. AAA Auction does not know whether some items are reproductions or originals. Please note that items seen in the photographs are not included in the lot unless specifically mentioned in the description. Buyer assumes complete and sole responsibility for inspection of items prior to bidding and relies solely on his or her own inspection as to the condition, authenticity, and value of items. Buyer waives any and all claims against AAA Auction and seller based on the condition or value of items.

Checks in an amount over $5,000 must be guaranteed with a valid credit card and not a check card.
AAA Auction requires a valid credit card in order to guarantee all online bids. Of course, bidders may pay for their purchases with cash or a good check in person at the live auction or scheduled pickup time. Bidder agrees that AAA Auction may charge the buyer's credit card for any purchase for which payment has not been received and which has not been picked up at the scheduled pickup time. Buyer also authorizes AAA Auction to withhold from any funds due the Buyer amounts Buyer owes to AAA Auction for any reason. Buyer shall call AAA Auction and advise AAA Auction if buyer is unable to pick up at the scheduled time. AAA Auction will then reschedule your pick up within the next two days.
All late pickups shall be assessed a $2 per day late pickup fee with a $10 minimum fee which shall be charged to buyer's credit card.
If the winning bidder has paid for his items, but does not pick up his items at the scheduled pickup time, or within two business days following the close of the auction, or at such other time as may be agreed to by AAA Auction, then that winning bidder authorizes AAA Auction to re-list the items not picked up and sell them again on behalf of the winning bidder at the prevailing standard commission rate. The winning bidder shall also be barred from participating in future auctions at AAA Auction.
If the winning bidder breaches the bidding contract by failing to pay for his items, then he shall be barred from bidding in the future and is also liable for damages. Bidders agree that damages shall be liquidated and shall equal 35% of the total winning bids made by the buyer for which payment has not been made.
There is a 13% buyer's premium on all auction purchases after receiving a 3% discount for paying with cash or check. All purchases paid with a credit card or a check card shall have a buyer's premium of 16%.

Federal and State Firearms Licensing Rules apply to firearms sales. If you are buying a handgun, then you also must have a purchase permit, carry permit, or a federal firearms license. If Buyer is "denied" in the background check, Buyer authorizes AAA Auction to resell the firearm on Buyer's behalf at the prevailing commission rate. We will hold firearms for 60 days if the Buyer needs to obtain a permit to buy a handgun. If the Buyer fails to present AAA Auction with a valid permit to purchase or carry within 60 days, Buyer authorizes AAA Auction to resell the handgun on Buyer's behalf at the prevailing commission rate at the time of the re-sale. All guns must leave the auction site in a case. Please bring a case if you are buying a gun. If you do not have a long case, AAA will supply one to you for $2.00. Any gun buyer who does not pass the background check authorizes the auctioneer to resell the gun for him, with a standard commission to be charged.
